What is Insurance Transformation Summit?

Insurance Transformation Summit will take place in-person at ExCel, London on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th June 2024.

What about the co-located summits?

Insurance Transformation Summit is taking place at MoneyNext 2024 on the 19th and 20th June.

The other summits taking place are:

Attendees get access to all of the summit theatres.

The Showcase will feature zoned areas to highlight which exhibitors specialise in each area.

What time does the event open?
 
Day 1 – Registration opens at 09:00 AM and content begins at 9:30 AM
 
Day 2 – Registration opens at 08:45 AM and content begins at 9:30 AM. A Working Breakfast will kick off from 08:45 on Day 2 for the early birds. Check the agenda for more information.
 
It’s a good idea to arrive with plenty of time, to get through registration, enjoy a coffee in the lounge and find a good seat for the opening talks.

 

Refreshments and lunch
 
Complimentary refreshments will be available during the conference breaks, and served in the lounge areas.


A buffet lunch will be served during the lunch break.

Networking drinks
 
A networking drinks reception will be held immediately after Day 1. All attendees will be invited to join this and continue the day’s discussions in a less formal atmosphere.

Want to catch the Euros? We’ll have matches playing in the Networking Hall so you can catch your favourite team, whilst still enjoying everything the event has to offer. 
I’ve registered. How do I get my ticket?
 
Once you have received your email confirmation of attendance you are officially registered. You will receive a ticket and a calendar invitation as well. If you have any problems, please email markj@moneynext.tv
 
Your badge will be available to collect from the relevant registration desk on the day.
 
You may be asked to show your ticket confirmation to a member of the team so please have this ready.
 
All ticket confirmations will be resent on the 6th June.
 
You will then collect your badge and a lanyard and make your way inside.
How do I receive confirmation of my registration?
 
Upon completing registration, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email us at markj@moneynext.tv

Please note – if you are “Apply to Attend” your confirmation may take up to 48 hours to approve.
I have a problem registering?
 
Not a problem! Please email markj@moneynext.tv. Our customer service team will be happy to help.
Are there any hotels with special rates for attendees?
 
There are selected hotels with special rates for attendees. If you would like to benefit from this, please book through this link.
Is there a code of conduct for Insurance Transformation Summit?
 
We want Insurance Transformation Summit to be a respectful and safe environment where participants can be their authentic selves, so we expect all participants to treat each other with tolerance and civility.

Healthy debate is encouraged. Being disrespectful isn’t.

Insurance Transformation Summit will not allow harassment or any mistreatment of others at the conference on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, colour, religious affiliation, age, physical appearance, diseases or disability, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, or expression.

If an attendee engages in harassing behaviour, the organisers may take any action that they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the organiser team.
What’s the refund policy on my purchased ticket?
 
30 days or more out from the summit, your refund is free of charge. Inside 30 days then tickets can be transferred to colleagues or peers at no cost.
I can’t attend both days?
 
Purchased tickets give you access to both days of the summit.
 
If you can’t attend for both days, you can arrange for a colleague to attend in your place on 1 of the days.

Do I need to pre-book to attend some sessions?
 
You do not need to pre-book to attend any of the conference sessions. Please note theatres will be filled on a first come first served basis. So we recommend you arrive in plenty of time to attend your favourite sessions.
 
To attend one of the Roundtables you will need to pre-register your interest via the app. This will launch 4 weeks prior to the event. Please email markj@moneynext.tv for more information.
Can I register on the day?
 
Yes, you can, but we recommend you register beforehand to avoid any hold-ups when entering the summit.
When can I access the app?
 
The app will be available to download from 4 weeks prior to the event. You will be emailed your login details around this date. If you have any problems accessing the app please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist – markj@moneynext.tv

Doors open at 0900 on both days.
 
It’s a good idea to arrive with plenty of time, to get through registration, enjoy a coffee in the lounge and find a good seat for the opening talks.
Refreshments and lunch
Complimentary refreshments will be available during the conference breaks, and served in the lounge areas.
 
A buffet lunch will be served during the lunch break.
 
Dietary requirements will be catered for with a request form sent out in the weeks prior to the show.
Networking drinks
A networking drinks reception will be held immediately after the conference. All attendees will be invited to join this and continue the days discussions in a less formal atmosphere.
 
Drinks will be served from 1630 in the main networking hall.
