Ticket Confirmations

So you've registered for Insurance Transformation Summit but when will your ticket come and what do you need to access the show?
You should have received a basic confirmation email.
This confirmation confirms your place at the event.
3 weeks prior to the event, you will receive your App login details. Make sure to claim your profile so you can start planning for the event.
1 week prior we’ll be in touch to confirm your badge details and provide final event information.
If you haven't received an initial confirmation email please check your junk folder. If you would like to check your booking direct with our team, please email:
Do I need a ticket to claim my badge at registration?
No! All you need is your confirmation email, confirming you are booked to attend.
When you arrive onsite, you’ll check-in at one of our check-in kiosks by searching for your name and claim your badge without the need for an e-ticket.

Insurance Transformation Summit will take place on Level 1 in the Champagne Suite.
Recommended entrance: - Meetings and Events Entrance: Follow the path to the parking and drop off entrance. Here, a team member will greet you and direct you to the Escalators. Alternatively, follow signs to the Champagne Suite.

Event Opening Times

0845 - Doors Open to All Delegates
Breakfast and refreshments will be available in the networking and exhibition space.
0920 - Conference Start Time
We recommend arriving in good time to pick up refreshments, complete networking activities and secure a good seat.
1650 - Conference End Time/Drinks Reception Begins
1830 - End of event

Parking

Onsite parking is available underground at the hotel but can be limited.
Charges are as follows:
£1.50 / Hour - Hotel Guests
£3.50 / Hour - Non Hotel Guests

Accommodation

A special booking rate has been negotiated with the Novotel London West of £259 per room (single occupancy) for Bed and Breakfast. To book, please:

Badge Collection

Arriving in the foyer outside the event hall (level 1 champagne suite), you will be directed to the relevant registration desk to print your badge.
You will need your e-ticket barcode to print your pass from one of the automated terminals.
Please then collect your badge and a lanyard and make your way inside.
If you cannot find your barcode, then please ask one of our team members for help.

Refreshments and Lunch

Complimentary refreshment will be available during the conference breaks, and served in the foyer.
A buffet lunch will be served during the lunch break.

Network with colleagues, add sessions to your calendar, view the exhibitors and plan your day. You’ll also be able to exclusively claim spaces in our popular Masterclass programme using the Event Networking App and Desktop.
Your unique login will be emailed to you 3 weeks before the show.
What should I search for?
